- Starting Pay is $24.25/ hour PLUS $2.25/ hour night shift premium = $26.50/ hour

- We pay weekly!

- 12 hour shifts- 5 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 5 nights off; Have every other weekend off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our free GED Works program.

- Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands

- Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance

- Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other related industries
