Badger Daylighting Operators and Swampers

We are looking to build and expand our team. HydroVac experience is not a must but is considered an asset. However, we are more than willing to train the right individuals. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, respectful, eager to learn and a strong work ethic. All candidates must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, work long days and be a great team player.

Work Alone, Out-of-Town, Evening Shift and Specialty Job Premiums.

OT paid after 10 hours Monday - Friday, OT all day Saturday and Sunday, No accumulative hourly average.

Once your 3 month probation is complete, Youll receive Phone Allowance $25/month and Boot Allowance of $350/year.

All other PPE is provided, this Includes FR coveralls, FR Rain bibs, Double Side Wall Impact hard hats, Double Hearing Protection of Ear Muffs and Ear Plugs, Mesh Visor, Clear and Smoke Safety Glasses, Work Gloves, etc...

All training which includes in house, off-site and online is paid at your full wage.

What you need to bring:

Willingness to work with a great team, to learn from the best operators in the business.

A safety-first attitude. Keeping yourself, co-workers, customers, the general public and equipment safe is always the top priority.

Class 1 or Class 3 w/ Air Endorsement Licence Required for Operators.

Class 5 Licence Required for Swampers.

Clean driver's abstract.

Motivated for physical, outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.

Willingness to work varying hours and days. Sporadic on-call, overnight, weekend and out-town project work.
