What You’ll Do

- Drive B2B growth by selling solar system inspections, monitoring, servicing, repairs, and high-value add-ons (Tesla home batteries, additional solar panels).

- Build trust with business clients through warm outreach and consultative selling.

- Manage ongoing accounts like a pro—handling service expansions, upgrades, and maintenance agreements.

- Work with marketing to launch targeted campaigns that generate leads and build brand buzz.

- Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track your wins, manage your pipeline, and uncover new opportunities.

- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to help us innovate and lead.

What You Bring

- Proven B2B sales experience (tech, solar, or energy sales is a big plus).

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- A passion for clean energy and emerging technology.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

- Excellent communication—you can explain technical concepts simply and persuasively.
