Key Responsibilities:

- Safe Vehicle Operation:

- Operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck (New tractor all 2025 models) with payloads up to 92,000 lbs.

- Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections.

- Operate the same heavy or tractor-trailer truck daily, ensuring familiarity and efficiency.

- Communicate regularly with shipping team.

- Cargo Management:

- Efficiently Secure and unload cargo, use of straps, chains, and binders.

- Maintain accurate activity logs and report any issues to dispatch.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

- Participate in safety training and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- At least 3 years of AZ driving experience is essential.

- Experience with flatbed trucks is a great plus.

- Demonstrated history of safe driving practices.

- Licenses and Skills:

- Must possess a valid Commercial AZ driver's license.

- Capable of physically managing cargo-related tasks such as climbing, and chaining

- Consistent display of a strong work ethic and dependability.

- Must have a valid work permit in Canada or be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $29.5 - $31.5 per hour.

- Additional Pay: Overtime pay after 44 hours per week.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks like chaining and cargo securement.

- Deliveries include diverse locations, such as back road farms.

- Flexibility required for working hours based on delivery volume and/or road and weather conditions.
