AZ Delivery Driver

Elma Steel & Equipment Ltd. is a steel warehouse with branches in Listowel, Owen Sound and Cambridge serving customers throughout Southwestern Ontario.

We have an opening for a AZ Delivery Truck driver at our LISTOWEL branch and invite you to join our team.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Loading and unloading of goods

- Pick up and Delivery of Goods

- Operate delivery vehicle in a safe and competent manner and in compliance with regulations.

- Deal professionally with customers.

- Work in the warehouse when delivery duties completed.

Regional delivery radius. Perfect opportunity for individual looking to transition from long haul duties to local delivery locations.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Valid AZ driver's license.

- Clean Drivers Abstract (commercial and personal)

- Competent driving skills

- 2-5 years commercial driving experience

- Able to fluently speak, read and write English

Special Considerations:

- Must be physically able to lift heavy loads

- Must maintain clean CVOR and driver's abstract

- Experience with steel and or in the construction industry an asset.

Personal Suitability:

- Able to work independently

- Good Decision making ability
