Description Position Title:

Associate Project Controls Specialist

The Associate Project Controls Specialist shall perform project control activities on specific projects, including essential functions below.

- Prepare status reports, project budgets/costs reports, progress measurement reports, and other related activities.

- Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Team on tracking performance against budget and schedule.

- Prepare and process invoices on each project and monitor cash flow.

- Assist in developing and maintaining staffing and manpower plans.

- Interface with in-house departments and third parties for invoicing and cost tracking purposes.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Business-related major

- 0-1 years Project Controls experience

- Proficient in MS Excel

Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Work Environment/Physical Demands

- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

- Frequent sitting and operating a computer.

- Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials.

- Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

- Physical demands requirements are at levels of those for sedentary work.
