Role Description:

The Project Control Specialist will be part of the Project Management team for the Jenbacher Engine business and will have the following responsibilities :

- Office support of Project manager for extended scope projects executed by our US entity

- Ensure timely implementation of project changes and cost planning measures in close alignment with the Project manager in our ERP system

- Translate the extended scope of supply to our ERP system and ensure smooth process execution from request to order till item receiving advised by the Project manager

- attend Team meetings of Subsidiary Project management and ensure alignment on information requirements of the HQ.

- Support the US Project manager during customer visits in the HQ or at external packager facilities

- Support cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Electrical, mechanical or commercial educational background

- Ideally one to three years’ experience in relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry; entry level possible

- Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience

- Excellent English (written and oral), German is a plus

- Very good communication skills

- Team player and strong reliability

- Customer focused

- Ability to collaborate and willingness to work with time difference to Europe
