Associate Analyst, Material Planning

Support the coordination and execution of Inventory Management including storeroom replenishment, vendor execution, department process, as well as supporting overall system data integrity.

Essential Functions:

- Monitors inventory levels and material demand for assigned location(s) and replenishes inventory ensuring appropriate on-hand quantities.

- Assists with maintaining accurate records of corporate inventory and assigned location(s).

- Works with assigned locations and suppliers to ensure Eversource inventory needs are supported in a timely accurate manner.

- Expedites past due orders with suppliers and communicates delivery information to business partners.

- Maintains Open order integrity

- Item Master data maintenance, adding new items, revisions, and phase out/phase in.

- Assists with coordination of quarantined materials, return to vendor, follow through to final disposition.

- Assists other analysts on major projects.

Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Technical Knowledge/Skill:

- Ability to analyze information

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Suite (Excel; Word; PowerPoint, etc.)

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience:

- Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience

- None

Working Conditions:

- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.

- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

$73,800.00-$82,000.00
