We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Unit Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by coordinating logistics, managing dispatch operations, overseeing vendor partnerships, and optimizing delivery systems. - Ensure all Business Unit performance metrics are achieved and maintained.
- Monitor customer service interactions to ensure professionalism, technical accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to support development and performance.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a high-performing, service-focused team.
- Lead improvement initiatives related to sourcing, dispatch, and logistics processes.
- Review and analyze transportation and financial data to support planning, budgeting, and policy development.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to coordinate scheduling and resolve service-related issues.
- Respond promptly to escalated concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Develop contingency plans with regional leadership to address unexpected operational challenges such as equipment breakdowns, weather delays, or spikes in demand.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities, as business needs require.- 3+ years of experience in a coordinator or supervisory role.
