The Asset Management Assistant supports the tracking, coordination, and lifecycle management of company‑owned assets used in our operations. This role helps ensure equipment availability, accuracy of asset records, and compliance with internal controls while supporting field operations, logistics, and maintenance teams.
This is an entry‑level position ideal for someone seeking hands‑on experience in asset management within the oilfield services industry.
Assist with tracking and maintaining records for company assets including tools, vehicles, trailers, equipment, and technology
Update asset management systems with acquisitions, transfers, repairs, and disposals
Support physical inventory counts at yards, warehouses, and field locations
Coordinate asset movements between job sites, maintenance facilities, and storage locations
Work with operations, field supervisors, and logistics to ensure equipment availability
Assist with documentation for asset audits, compliance, and internal reviews
Support preventative maintenance scheduling and asset readiness reporting
Perform general administrative duties related to assets control as assigned
The role will be based in Midland, TX. And the successful candidate must live in the Midland-Odessa area.
Willingness to work in field environments and travel to job sites as required.
