AR Analyst

Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of Accounts Receivable transactions to customer accounts

Job Responsibilities

- Maintains Accounts Receivable inbox

- Ensure bank statement accuracy

- Notify pricing of import deposits

- Assist in cash reconciliations

- Resolve and research payments and deposits from all departments

- Research process, load and post checks received through lockbox

- Maintain the lockboxes, address any issues

- Process ACH and Check returns

- Reconcile customers’ accounts

- Process ACH NACHA payment files

- Support other accounting functions as needed

Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of related experience required

- Experience in AP/AR desirable

- Industry experience desirable

- High School or equivalent degree is required

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is preferred
