Application Support Analyst

You will be responsible for collaborating with customers to identify I/T and/or infrastructure solutions tailored to business needs for larger, more complex applications/projects or those with higher prioritization. Managing demand and technology assets will be a key aspect of your role, involving coordination with customers, Business Systems partners, external vendors, and other stakeholders to determine customer requirements, evaluate impacts on other data systems and infrastructure, explore available alternatives, analyze costs, and propose solutions. Additionally, you may oversee the process for large and/or more complex applications/projects.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate I/T and infrastructure solutions.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders including Business Systems partners and external vendors to assess requirements and propose solutions.

- Manage demand and technology assets effectively by considering available alternatives and costs.

- Oversee the process for large-scale or complex applications/projects.
