As a Cost-OS Software Implementation & Support Analyst, you will work directly with clients to answer technical questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide users to gain productive use of our software platform. Essential job functions include application support and technical troubleshooting, all with a customer-centric focus. The analyst will be responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and support for interfaces between applications. The analyst will also extract data, create, format, and run custom reports, or perform specific analytical functions using the application.
