Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Application Specialist located in Greater Houston, with some work from home acceptable. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting, and technical support. Daily tasks include analyzing system performance, assisting with technical issues, and communicating with clients to resolve application-related concerns.

Qualifications

- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities

- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support

- Strong Communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
