Job Description:

As an Applications analyst you will be refining, maintaining, designing, documenting, and implementing software to enhance user experience and maximize efficiency through talking with stakeholders and end-users

Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, providing technical support for various applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties:

- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for applications.

- Design, configure, customize, and implement applications to meet business requirements.

- Customize, optimize, and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and functionality in existing software systems.

- Maintain, upgrade, and provide support for line-of-business applications, including working with vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate user support, addressing access and operational inquiries related to managed applications.

- Create and maintain system software documentation.

- Create user interfaces and reports using existing software systems.

- Provide user training on various applications, products, and services.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding.

- Performs all other task assigned.

Education:

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

Required:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

- Ability to write SQL statements for logic and report creation.

- Experience with some programming languages, database management, or applications within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Preferred:

- Honorably discharged service veterans preferred.

- 0-2 years as a System Administrator or related role.

- Proficient in various programming languages, database management, and applications within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

- Valid Drivers license.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Ability to write SQL statements for logic and report creation.

- Understanding of relational database concepts and report development.

- Customer relationship management skills.

- Excellent time-management, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate recommendations
