SA Recycling, a leader in the metals recycling and processing industry, is actively looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AP Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices. Verify the accuracy of charges, handle disputes, and ensure compliance with payment terms.

- Invoice Verification and Processing: Review freight invoices, verifying the accuracy of charges, applying appropriate discounts, and ensuring they are processed correctly.
- Dispute Management: Investigate and resolve disputes with invoices regarding incorrect charges, overpayments, or other discrepancies.
- Payment Processing: Manage the payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment to carriers.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
- Communication: Respond to vendor questions and inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Data Entry and Reporting :Maintain accurate records of freight payments, create reports, and analyze spend data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions within parameters of established policy and program guidelines.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
