- Memorize and recite sales script to pre-qualified homeowners
- Display knowledge of solar to be able to sway opinions
- Be able to answer questions regarding the steps and intricacies of what our company has to offer.
- Build urgency and peak interest of pre-qualified prospects
- Teach homeowners about the benefits of going solar
- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar experts
- Meet and exceed company quotas and personal goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities: Keeping schedules, obtaining qualified prospects for a no out-of-pocket solar program, maintaining product knowledge, as well as script/pitch knowledge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Need to be comfortable speaking with strangers and be able to handle rejection.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and management skills is a must.
- Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and be able to navigate technology ( tablets, smartphones ...)
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
