The Productivity Engineering team is responsible for managing the Microsoft 365 environment which is critical for operations at Phillips 66. We provide system administration, technical, and functional support as well as end-user education for all applications that fall under Microsoft 365 including , Office, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc . The Productivity Engineering team's goal is to provide the business with applications, processes, and training that will allow them to modernize their ways of working to be more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

The Microsoft 365 Messaging

Analyst

is responsible for the daily operations and management of the messaging environment as part of the Productivity Engineering team. This role is required to fulfill technical and functional support for several services that make up the messaging environment for Phillips 66. As this team is a leveraged team they will also be expected to provide backup support for other Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
