Allied PFF Canada (Yellowstone PFF) is looking for an energetic, positive individual to assist our team in our Delta BC location. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
This is a mid-level administration position with room for advancement. The successful candidate for this role is expected to be trained in both sales and operational aspects of the organization while working in a fast-paced environment. We are an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of critical application fittings, flanges, valves, pipe, and related products.
Job Duties:
•Order entry and paperwork processing
•Ensuring orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
•Preparing shipping documentation - BOL's & MTR's
•Update and maintain open order dashboard
•Paperwork retrieval from internal database
•Work closely with Operations staff to expedite and track orders
•Administrative tasks and day to day office work - Billing, filing, scanning, etc.
Skills:
•Excellent customer service skills
•Computer skills - Microsoft Office minimum
•Ability to work independently or in group environment
•Proficient in English - Verbal and written communication
•Attention to details, Ability to prioritize tasks, and Multitasking
Qualifications
•High school or equivalent
•Post secondary of any type is an asset
•Flange and fitting knowledge is an asset
•Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word
Starting wage is based on experience, ($43,000 min. per year) and will be discussed during the interview process.
Upon successful completion of the 3 month probationary period the employee is eligible for the Company Benefits program and the yearly bonus program.
