Administrative Associate (Onsite: Odessa, TX)

The Administrative Associate works under close supervision, with work closely defined and standardized which allows the incumbent limited opportunity to use judgement or initiative.

- Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour, depending on experience.

- Assignment Length: 12-month contract with the high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.

- Shift Details: 5 days on , 2 day off

Responsibilities:

- Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.

- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using computer and Excel skills.

- Support team members with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED is required.

- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- Must have experience in invoicing.

- Must have strong record-keeping skills.

- Strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.

- Team-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

- Hardworking and committed to supporting the team’s success.
