Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in Vernon, BC. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll manage plant paperwork and support the Accessories Department, which includes preparing accessory orders for shipment and occasionally lifting heavy boxes.
- Act as the first point of contact for vendors, customers, and visitors
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Assist with shipping and receiving of orders
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, document typing, spreadsheet preparation, and filing
- High school diploma (required)
- Office experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience (preferred)
