PGM of Texas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team, offering opportunities for advancement and career growth.
Responsibilities
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls
•Receive, review and enter company expenses accurately
•Organize and maintain essential company files and records
•Provide general support to visitors and coworkers
•Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
•Maintain detailed and compliant records for all purchases of used automotive parts, including catalytic converters, ensuring proper documentation, accurate data entry, and adherence to applicable laws and industry regulations
Qualifications
•1 Year of NetSuite experience (preferred but not required)
•Experience in Accounts Payable
•Data entry skills along with strong math skils
•Proficiency in MS Office, and general computer skills
•Customer service orientation skills
•Consistently delivers work that is both accurate and meticulously reviewed
Requirements
•Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
