This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Saginaw, Michigan. This is working onsite in Saginaw, MI.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations. The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Requirements:

Attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and perform new responsibilities

Skills Preferred:

Experience Required: 0 to 1 year's work experience, this is an entry level position.

Experience Preferred: -Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role -Experience with SAP would be an asset -Strong customer service background

Education Required: High School degree or equivalent

Education Preferred: Some college

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 16 - $17/hr
