Job Summary
This position is primarily office-based and involves providing administrative support, including clerical duties, filing regulatory documentation, maintaining computer records, and organizing the maintenance library for the maintenance management of the FLNG facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities
•Generate purchase requisitions, assist with vendor setup, manage price quotes, deliveries, and discrepancies, and track invoices, supporting documentation, and purchase orders in SAP.
•Update and upload Maintenance procedures to the Content Server.
•Maintain an updated directory of Maintenance personnel, including contact details.
•Manage the call-out schedule and intranet homepage for the Maintenance team.
•Review and verify expense account statements for proper coding, and submit for approval.
•Assist with employee event coordination and SES entry for the terminal.
•Monitor supply cabinets and place orders for office and breakroom supplies.
•Support Technicians with work orders and test reports in SAP.
•Coordinate mail distribution and arrange courier services as needed.
•Manage SES entries for nested contractors.
Essential Functions
•Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance team at the LQF Facilities.
•Act as the Document Control Administrator for the Maintenance – LQF team.
•Maintain the office areas, including work orders, equipment, and housekeeping for the LQF Maintenance Building and Control Systems Building.
•Assist the warehouse and procurement as needed
•Enter SAP Work Notification as instructed by the maintenance team
•Enter Purchase Requisitions for the maintenance team as instructed
•Enter IT request for the maintenance department as needed
•Assist Human Resources with company and community events as needed
•Record Minutes of important meetings as needed.
•Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years related experience in an industrial office environment working directly with the community and management level team members.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.

•The role is performed in a professional office setting, which may be located within or outside of an industrial plant environment.
•The position requires regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers with scanners, fax machines, and filing cabinets.

•This is primarily a sedentary position; however, the incumbent must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods to complete job responsibilities throughout the shift.
•The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is required for tasks such as lifting files, boxes, and office equipment.
•The role requires the ability to open filing cabinets, bend, and reach, which may involve standing on a stool or climbing as needed.
•While performing job duties, the incumbent may need to talk, hear, or communicate effectively.
•The incumbent must be able to stand, walk, use hands for various tasks, and reach with hands and arms.
•Occasional travel between company locations may be required, necessitating the ability to drive.
