Job Description
1 Tom Plumber Huntsville is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll support our Office and Operations Managers by helping manage office tasks, assist with QuickBooks, answer dispatch calls, and track team performance.

Responsibilities
•Answer and dispatch customer calls professionally and efficiently
•Track daily revenue goals, bonuses, and commissions
•Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks
•Order and manage office supplies
•Support both the Office Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks
•Fill in for after-hours dispatch shifts if needed
Requirements
• Microsoft Office proficiency required (especially Excel and Outlook)
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Customer service and/or sales experience required
•Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
•Comfortable working independently and with a team
•Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
