Administrative Assistant
Aspen Midstream LLC is a private equity back midstream service provider based in Dallas, TX. We are currently operating and constructing natural gas pipeline assets in the Washington, Fayette, Austin, Counties in Texas and expanding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Report to the director of operations for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
•Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents.
•Handle expense reconciliation, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
•Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
•Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
OTHER
· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
