Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication to all levels of employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing then to relevant staff.
•Monitor office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, and electronics as required.
•Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
•Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
•Provide general support to visitors.
•Create, maintain, and organize databases and excel spreadsheet.
•Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
•Help in coding and processing invoices.
•Stay updated on technical and professional information.
•Partnering and coordinating with accounts payable/ receivable for handing run tickets and entering tickets into ProCount.

Education and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
•Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Physical Requirements:
•Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
