About This Job

Administrative support for the commercial HVAC office of day-to-day responsibilities will include:

•

Answer phones, customer service, create job orders and bills for customer

•

Computer skills for data entry of vendor purchases, inventory, reports, bills and invoices.

•

Human Resources and some payroll.

•

Good communication with employees and customers.

•

Accounts receivable and/or office experience is beneficial.

•

Hours are flexible.
