- Posts all cash receipts to customer accounts timely and accurately
- Monitors sales accruals for reasonability
- Maintains up-to-date invoicing system
- Monitors customer accounts for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Primary collection responsibility if payment is past due
- Researches payment settlement differences and advises managers/traders of discrepancies for their approval
- Set up new customer files with attention to SA policy requirements
- Maintains thorough and well-organized customer files
- Prepares bank deposits as needed
- Investigates and resolves customer queries
- Processes sales shipment cancellations and reversals in SAI when required
- Performs other accounting duties as requested.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Preferred prior experience in Accounts Receivable

- Preferred – high school diploma or GED and/or foreign education acceptable
- Some college one year or more preferred
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) language skills a plus
- Ability to: communicate with others effectively; understand direction (written or oral) and use basic math skills as the job demands
- A basic understanding of MS Office products
