Account Receivable Clerk

Crystal Finishing Systems is a leader in manufacturing excellence, committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices and statements; resolve discrepancies with internal teams.

- Monitor aged receivables, perform reconciliations, and assist with collection efforts.

- Serve as the primary contact for customer invoicing inquiries, ensuring professional communication.

- Maintain organized records including scanning, sorting, and filing shipping documentation.

- Support cross-functional finance tasks and uphold confidentiality standards.

Working Environment:

- Works in an office environment. May be required to have occasional exposure in manufacturing plants.

Required Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent education and experience.

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication; comfortable working independently or in a team.

- Familiarity with AR systems and collection processes.
