An Accounts Receivable Assistant validates field tickets and then enters the tickets into accounting software to generate invoices to bill the end customer. This position will likely be split between billing/AR and administrative duties.
- Validates field tickets.
- Enters validated field tickets into accounting software as sales orders.
- Creates invoice in accounting software and uploads to end customer portals.
- Applies customer payments to outstanding receivables.
- Maintains records by recording invoices, debits, and credits.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, other departments and from customers.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and credit lines
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
- Other data entry and analysis as assigned.
- Prepare and provide operational reports.
- Support projects and audits.
- Assist in maintaining files.
- Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required.
- Performs other duties as directed by management.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Accounts Receivable or Bookkeeping experience preferred
