Job Summary
Contain Enviro Services is a small company however we are well established, being in business for over 25 years. We are seeking a friendly and organized individual for a Receptionist/Accounts Receivables position. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivables, use of Sage 50 (not necessary but a huge asset), and possess strong phone etiquette. Must be receptive to new challenges with a high level of attention to detail. Our office consists of only a few, so one also must be able to feel comfortable working alone on occasion.
Responsibilities
•Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, taking payments.
•Ensure clear communication with customers and staff.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
•Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses.
•Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, clerical duties, and maintaining office supplies.
•Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
•Self-motivated and proactive, always looking for ways to stay productive even during downtime.
Requirements
•Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative clerk is mandatory.
•Proficiency in Sage 50 and familiarity with data entry processes.
•Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.*

Join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant where your contributions will help keep us organized and continue to be a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff! Wage will be decided based on experience.
