Accounts Payable Clerk

We are in search of a full time, Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely and accurate fashion. You will be supporting the finance and accounting team for Travis Pattern and Foundry. Strong foundational knowledge in accounts payable and basic bookkeeping will enable you to be successful in this role. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problems solving skills and be highly organized.

Responsibilities for this position:

Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices

Enter, post and reconcile batches

Prepare invoices for payment

Prepare and perform check runs

Expense tracking and reimbursement

Research and resolve AP and/or AR issues with customers or vendors

Maintain cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks

Maintain vendor files

Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements/preferences:

Knowledge of and ability to apply GAAP

NetSuite Accounting software experience required

QuickBooks software experience required

Computer operations and proficiency required

1+ years’ experience in accounts payable

Experience and proficiency with the MS Office Suite & Office 365

Experience and proficiency with Excel, (basic to intermediate skills)

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong desire to learn, be trained and mentored

Willingness to accept constructive feedback

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Must be polite, professional and courteous

Excellent attention to detail

Work site location: On-site, no remote work
