Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- accurate and timely reimbursement of Alro's vendors;

- resolution of vendor disputes and issues;

- processing incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner;

- improvement of payables and receivables systems and processes;

- internal mail room duties.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

- previous accounts payable and/or accounts receiveable experience;

- experience with a 10 key;

- experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;

- the ability to meet deadlines;

- the ability to multi-task;

- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

- the ability to work well with other individuals.
