Accounting Analyst - Greer, SC On-site Position (Not Remote)

We are currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to support our operations in Greer, SC . This on-site role will work closely with operational teams and leadership, focusing on truck scale activity, purchase order processing, data analysis, reporting, and operational financial support. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and analyze truck scale data, including reconciliations, reporting, and troubleshooting discrepancies.

- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

- Perform data analysis, generate operational and financial reports, and support decision-making with accurate insights.

- Conduct MINDs reviews and assist with internal controls, compliance checks, and variance analysis.

- Support month-end and year-end processes by preparing schedules, validating entries, and analyzing trends.

- Maintain accurate records, operational data, and financial documentation.

- Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI to develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance , or related field required.

- Experience working with truck scales, operations data, or manufacturing/industrial environments is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data modeling).

- Experience or familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
