Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper who will be responsible for managing all financial records for the machine repair shop. This position will handle the entire accounting process, from transaction entry to financial statement preparation and tax readiness. Job responsibilities will include AR, AP, payroll processing, tax preparations, credit card entries, and reconciliations.
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proven experience in a full-charge bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A trustworthy and ethical professional who can handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
Position is considered Full-Time, with a Monday-Friday schedule
