Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with expertise in various areas including financial management. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring internal compliance.

Duties

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including journal entries and cash flow analysis.

- Collaborate on audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for review.

- Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel for efficient financial management.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks

- Strong knowledge of Excel

- Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting.

- Familiarity with financial services including payroll processing

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate account analysis.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members

- Proficient in using various financial software tools for reporting and analysis.
