Provides professional accounting expertise to ensure that transactions of the Company’s operations are accurately recorded, analyzed, and reported in a timely, cost-effective manner in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Properly prepare and document journal entries, analyses and reports
- Prepare account reconciliations as assigned per policy
- Respond to requests for information from other departments and external auditors
- Prepare audit schedules for external audits
- Maintain data integrity
- Perform variance and metrics analyses
- Participate on cross functional project teams involved in the design, development, testing and implementation of automated systems, reengineering of processes, or implementation of new requirements.
- Must demonstrate respect for all individuals and adhere to the Company’s values and business practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Required bachelor's degree in accounting. (Experience in lieu of an undergraduate degree in accounting, qualified candidate can possess a master's degree in accounting or have attained eligibility to sit for the CPA examination)
