The Senior Accountant - will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of annual goals and plans while collaborating with foreign IPO work. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this full-time position will play a crucial role in formulating financial policies and systems and providing essential financial analysis to support the company's growth and success.
- Achieve the annual goals and plans of the financial department for the US entity, including coordinating with foreign IPO efforts.
- Formulate, participate in, or assist the Financial Controller in implementing relevant financial policies and SAP systems.
- Provide daily guidance and training of department staff.
- Guide and coordinate the work of financial auditing, accounting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Formulate, maintain, and enhance the company's financial management procedures and policies, along with annual and quarterly financial plans.
- Generate various financial reports and perform necessary financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Organize and manage the company's cost management initiatives.
- Conduct cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis, and assessment to achieve the company's profit targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong familiarity with online financial information systems and expert knowledge of US accounting standards. Minimum of 3 years of financial/accounting experience.
- Proficient understanding of USGAAP and US taxation regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Mandarin is a plus.
