Your Day-to-Day:

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Hybrid schedule work from home Monday and Fridays. Report to the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

(Note: Initial training will be onsite in the office Monday - Friday.)

- Receives inbound calls and responds to customer requests, inquiries, claims processing inquires, billing or claim disputes.

- Handle situations which require adaptation of response

- Transfers or refers to partner.

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Analyzes complex billing problems and research for solutions.

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- High School Grad / GED

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual
