Personal Account Representative (PAR)

Position Summary

Identify and assist customers who are experiencing credit problems due to financial hardship. Identify and work with Social Service agencies throughout the service territory. Coordinates and secures financial assistance and counseling for hardship customers. Monitors customer accounts and follows up with customers via telephone, correspondence or field visits. Enters into payment arrangements with low-income customers.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
