ACCOUNT MANAGING/CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Established Family-Owned Home Heating and Propane Company is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Care Specialist with 3 plus years’ experience in customer service and Account Managing.
The right candidate should possess;
•Excellent time management skills
•Basic Bookkeeping skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•An ability to explain account balances and work to assist in payment terms.
•An ability to handle large call volumes with a positive attitude;
•Excellent communication and listening skills
•Resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion
•Update and input customer details and contact notes accurately in the system.
Requirements:
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Accounts Receivable experience a MUST.
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are handled promptly and thoroughly.
Must have computer experience; Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Home Heating Oil and Propane industry experience is a plus but not required.
Must be dependable. This is a permanent full-time position
