Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in business development and account management while fostering a positive environment for both customers and team members. This role will also back up the operation manager.
Duties
•Oversee daily operations of the customer service department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
•Schedule service and inspection calls.
•Update customer accounts as needed.
•Order and receive all equipment needed to complete service calls.
•Follow up with customers and verify calls have been complete prior to invoicing.
•Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
•Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
•Negotiate solutions with customers to resolve complaints or concerns while maintaining company standards.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar capacity.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
•Technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with clients and team members alike.
