Harrell-Fish Inc, is a leading mechanical contracting firm specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and building systems, is seeking a results-driven Service Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing service accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and coordinating closely with field and operations teams to deliver top-tier mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage a portfolio of commercial/industrial service accounts with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

•

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and prompt resolution of issues.

•

Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow account value through maintenance contracts, upgrades, and retrofits.

•

Prepare and present service proposals and quotations.

•

Collaborate with dispatch, service technicians, and project teams to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

•

Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess system performance and client satisfaction.

•

Maintain detailed documentation of client communications, proposals, and service activities.

•

Meet or exceed sales and retention targets as set by leadership.

Qualifications

•

3+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, building services, or related industry.

•

Proven experience in account management, service sales, or customer-facing role.

•

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, service operations, and preventive maintenance.

•

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

•

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and quoting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

•

Technical background or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Construction Management.

•

Prior experience working in a mechanical service or contracting environment.

•

Familiarity with estimating and service agreement sales.
