- Grow your territory by developing new business and strengthening existing accounts
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Deliver quotes, pricing, and product support with confidence
- Build partnerships with suppliers for project and non-stock opportunities
- Stay ahead by learning new products and market trends
- Inside sales experience in the Canadian electrical industry (required)
- A self-starter attitude with a focus on results and growth
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for relationship-building
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
