Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as an HVAC Account Manager. You will act as a representative of the client’s organization and build relationships with both trade allies and customers in both residential and commercial markets. Your responsibilities will include recruiting trade allies, managing customer and contractor concerns, reporting on progress towards goals, participating in team meetings as well as program events. You will train trade allies to ensure the highest quality work and alignment with program goals. Additionally, you will develop strategies for increased trade ally participation, report on the sales pipeline, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate with stakeholders.

Successful candidates will reside close to the Houston and Beaumont areas. Assume daily travel to either territory.

Recruit, train, educate, and develop relationships with program participants to encourage effective use of programs.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business program offerings.
Attend events, and support coordination and presentations of program materials.
Coordinate with team members on project verification requirements.
Work in cooperation with other program allies to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.
Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.
Travel throughout a designated territory for onsite meetings.
Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly virtual meetings.
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to trade allies and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff.
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
Present on program to potential trade allies, customers, and clients.

Use repetitive hand motion continuously
Lift & carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
Climb ladders

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

HVAC License or 5+ years field experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC account management, with a proven track record in the Texas market
Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office products; word, excel, power point
Business or sales experience preferred.


Driving

Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
