As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to help drive revenue and expand our customer base. This role sits between our Sales Development and Account Executive Sales positions—you’ll handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for small-to-midsize job shop manufacturers.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Steelhead Technologies, you’ll be responsible for engaging job shop manufacturers, understanding their operational challenges, and demonstrating how our ERP solution can transform their business. You’ll prospect, qualify, conduct demos, and close deals while earning uncapped commission along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social selling to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
•Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
•Uncover manufacturers' pain points, operational inefficiencies, and software needs through discovery calls.
•Perform live demos showcasing Steelhead’s ERP solution, emphasizing how it solves industry-specific challenges.
•Guide prospects through the buying journey—delivering customized proposals, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
•Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, tracking leads and opportunities to maximize sales efficiency.
•Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:
•1-3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or manufacturing preferred).
•Proven ability to sell and close deals over phone and video calls.
•Strong business acumen and ability to understand manufacturing operations.
•Competitive, motivated, and resilient—thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Curiosity is key, we are a customer obsessed organization
•Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
