We are seeking an Account Executive to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, business acumen, and communication abilities to drive revenue and maintain key client relationships.
Starting Salary: $50,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $150,000
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain clients.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector.
•Identify client needs and provide tailored energy procurement solutions.
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
•Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
•Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
•Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
•4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or energy consulting.
•Strong negotiation and communication skills.
•Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to drive sales.
•Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
•Experience in energy procurement or utility sales.
•Strong understanding of contract negotiations and pricing strategies.
•Established network within the energy or utility sector.
