Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to drive sales and customer service efforts for our LOGO Sign business plates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, managing sales processes, and working closely with the operations team to create work orders. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in CRM and mapping software.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sell LOGO Sign business plates to potential and existing clients.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
•Work closely with the Operations Manager to generate work orders and ensure timely service delivery.
•Report to the Sales/Marketing Manager with sales performance updates and market insights.
•Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track sales activities, customer interactions, and account management.
•Use ESRI ArcGIS software for geographic data analysis and site planning.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
•Conduct outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to grow sales.
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
•Experience in Account management, or customer service.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ESRI ArcGIS (preferred).
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales processes effectively.
•Experience in transportation, signage, or government contracting is a plus.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
