- Proactively engage with new and existing customers through outbound calls
- Educate customers on available home services, guiding them to make informed decisions tailored to their needs
- Build meaningful relationships and establish trust to deliver value-driven solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance metrics
- Accurately document customer interactions and call notes in Salesforce
- Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes
- A motivated, goal-driven professional with a passion for helping others
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions and effectively address objections
- Proficient typing and computer navigation abilities across multiple systems and platforms
- A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Sales or customer service experience
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM
- Spanish-speaking abilities- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Warm leads provided—no cold calling
- Short sales cycle (most close in under 5 days)
